Arrival of The Indian Boxing team at the Olympics Games Village

Dear Friends,

 

A 12 member Indian Boxing Team arrived at the Olympic Games Village after having completed their Pre Games Training at Bradford. The Team arrived by a Train called Grand Central till the Kings Cross Station from where they were picked up by the officials of London Olympic Committee for Olympic Games.

The names of the members of the 12 member Indian Boxing Team that arrived at the Olympic Games Village at Stratford are :

Devendro Singh (49 kgs)

Shiva Thapa (52 kgs)

Jai Bhagwan (60 kgs)

Manoj Kumar (64 kgs)

Vikas Krishan (69 kgs)

Vijender Singh (75 kgs)

Sumit Sangwan (81 kgs)

Mr GS Sandhu (Chief Coach)

Mr BI Fernandez (Cuban Coach)

Mr Jaydev Bisht (Coach)

Dr Abhishek Choudhary (Team Doctor)

Mr Hari Sankar Varma (Team Physio)

Mr Bhupinder Singh (Manager – will be arriving on 23 July)
