The Indian Amateur Boxing Federation (IABF) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who visit our website at indiaboxing.in.
We collect name, date of birth, contact details, and documents submitted during boxer/official registration. We also collect website usage data (IP address, browser type) via server logs.
To process registration applications, issue membership credentials, generate ID cards and certificates, communicate regarding championship participation, and comply with national sports regulations.
We do not sell personal data. Information is shared only with affiliated state units, international bodies (IBA, IOA) for competition eligibility, and government authorities when required by law.
Registration records are retained for a minimum of 10 years. Contact form submissions are retained for 2 years.
We use SSL/TLS encryption, access-controlled administration panels, and regular backups to protect your data.
